Description

A study of personal hygiene and the principles involved in maintaining sanitary standards necessary to comply with regulations for a food service operation. May be repeated three times. (.5 credit, .5 lecture, 0 lab) PRE-REQUISITE: Students must pass the final test to pass the course. If a student fails the test, they must re-enroll, pay for the course again, attend all sessions, and retake the test. Students are not permitted to retake the test without completing the full course. Students are not permitted to take the class once and keep paying for the course just to take the test without sitting through the sessions.
