Description
Designed to teach the beginning writer the basic skills of writing fiction and poetry. Through guided practice in critical analysis of professional work, class critiques of student writing, and discussion and application of the principles of imaginative writing the student should be able to demonstrate skill in writing fiction and poetry, and should develop a further understanding and appreciation for fiction and poetry.
