Description
Develops awareness of the writing process, provides inventional, organizational, and editorial strategies, stresses the variety of uses for writing, and emphasizes critical skills in reading, thinking, and writing. The course will be devoted to expository writing, including causal analysis, comparison/contrast, and argumentation. Students will also be introduced to the LRC and its facilities and proper uses. PRE-REQUISITE: Placement Test Score (IAI C1 900) (3 credit, 3 lecture, 0 lab)
